Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message once your order is packed for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes:
We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah typically receive orders within 2–3 business days; other Emirates may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE — no minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery courier.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
